We’ve just updated our Sake Menu with some exciting new offerings…
Sho Chiko Bai Light
Takara has been a leading producer of Sake in Japan for more than 150 years. The less alcohol Sho Chiku Bai Classic is a perfect pairing with mildly seasoned dishes. You can enjoy this sake either cold or hot!
Hakutsuru Junmai Ginjo
Using only the finest rice, and Nada’s famed natural spring water “Miyamizu”, Junmai Ginjo has been brewed with meticulous care and in the traditional method. This Sake has aromas that can be described as flowery and fragrant. A good match for foods that have a slightly salty taste.
Hakutsuru Junmai
This Sake has been brewed with a 250-year-old traditional technique. It is characteried by its well-matured, full-bodied taste and mellow reverberation. This Sake can be pared with a multitude of foods, including salty dishes.
Kizakura Tokuri-Ikkon Daiginjo
Daiginjo represents the finest sake from Japan. Medium-bodied with just a hint of sweetness, this sake is an excellent pairing with main course foods.
Ozeki Nigori
An unfiltered sake that preserves the fresh flavor of the moromi (the fermenting mixture of rice, water, koji, and yeast), for a crisp, vibrant presence.
Pure Stars Sparkling
Produced in Fushimi in the Southern part of Kyoto, the oldest sake brewing area in Japan, this sparkling sake has a mild sake flavor with a punch of green apple.
