Mai Thai is pleased to use top-of-the-line rices throughout all our dishes. Our premium white and brown jasmine rice is shipped in from Thailand, and our sushi rice comes from the admirable, Koda Farms. As the oldest, continuously family-owned and operated rice farm and mill in California, we firmly believe our discerning customers appreciate the fact that they oversee all facets of production–from growing and harvesting, to milling and packaging.
