James Beard House Preview Menu featuring Telaya Wines
Join us for this collaborative event with Mai Thai and Telaya Wine Co. featuring canapés and 5 courses, as well as wine pairings and a variety of other drinks. The dishes will be an exclusive preview of the courses Mai Thai will be preparing at The James Beard House in New York, where we have been invited to cook next year.

PRICE: $50 a person
- Canapés: Fermented Pork Ribs, Kao Soi Chicken Wings, Naem Sausage with Pickled Mustard Greens, Sai Qua Sausage, Blood Terrine
- 1st Course: Trio of Nam Prik with Accompaniments (Nahm Prik Kai Kem, Nahm Prik Num, Nahm Prik Long Reua)
- 2nd Course: Fried Catfish served with Green Mango Salad
- 3rd Course: Koi Soi with Braised Chicken Legs
- 4th Course: Gaeng Hanlay with Confit Idaho Beef Cheeks
- 5th Course: Woon Gati Mamung with Fresh Fruit and Fried Roti
Cost is $50 per person + 18% gratuity & sales tax, $20 deposit due now for online reservation (deposit is fully refundable if cancelled at least 72 hours prior to event). The remainder of amount due ($30 per person) to be paid after the dinner.
