Notice
We recommend placing your order as early as possible. While
every effort is made to accommodate all catering requests,
late orders may slow our operational efficiency. Please
place all orders at least ten business days prior to your
event. Orders placed fewer than ten business days in advance
may not always be accommodated. Orders may be placed by
phone, fax, or email and are
processed Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm.
Orders received after 5:00pm are considered to be placed
the next business day.
Guarantee Counts
A final guarantee of attendance is required three business
days prior to your event. If no guarantee is given
in this time frame, the estimated attendance count
on your confirmation will be considered your final
guarantee.
Cancellations/Changes
Events or menu items cancelled or changed after the order
request will be subject to the following charges:
- Cancellation five business days or more prior to
your event - no charge.
- Changes requested fewer than five business days from
your event may result in additional charges or may
not be
accommodated.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of your event will result
in a full charge of cost of your event.
Payment
Mai Thai will provide order confirmation within one week
of your order request. All events require signature
confirmation before services can be rendered. Out of
facilities events require a 50% deposit with signed
confirmation via credit card or company check. Final
payment will be charged to your credit card or a company
check will be required the day following your event,
unless prior arrangements have been made and approved
by the Catering Manager. All events are subject to
an 18% gratuity and applicable sales tax except for
non-profit groups. Service charge is optional for these
groups.
Deliveries
All catering orders can be delivered. Mai Thai provides
high quality disposable utensils and plates as well
as table linens. China service is available at an additional
charge for out of facilities.
Delivery charges are as follows:
- Off facilities delivery utilizing disposables – 5%
surcharge of total event cost
- Off facilities delivery utilizing china - 10% surcharge
of total event cost
Minimum Order
The minimum order requirement is $150 per order. Orders
that do not meet this requirement will be billed at
the minimum $150 charge. |
